Can I return my product? I didn't really want it.Due to product being made on an as order basis and many being customizable, most products are non-returnable once the shipment has been processed and your tracking number has been provided. This however does not apply to damaged product.

My product arrived damaged, what can I do?If your package has arrived damaged, please take a photo of the damaged packaging as well as the condition of the product that's damaged. All of our packages are packed with the utmost care, however shipping companies are shipping companies. We will work with you to either replace the product or refund the money. We do however reserve the right to refuse refunds if damage is self inflicted or the conversation is filled with malicious intent. Please treat our staff as human beings. We won't just ignore you. But companies can sometimes take days to respond. We will be there with you every step of the way.

Do you do custom work?Custom work might come with an additional cost and there's no guarantee that it would work as well as what's predetermined in the store. Please reach out to us using our contact us form to explain what your idea is. Custom work will be 100% prepaid and non-refundable. It will also have it's own custom invoicing made.

I only have 'X' followers, can I apply for merchandise?Yes. You can replace 'X' with any amount of followers and the answer will be yes. Please reach out to us with our contact us form or email us at plaguewearsales@gmail.com to discuss products, terms and conditioning. You can have direct impact on pricing as well as what is available. Our team will work directly with you to make sure that your vision comes to fruition. If you are going to apply please ensure you have complete legal ownership of your emotes with documented proof. Plague Wear will not produce any merchandise without some type of up to date and adequate proof of ownership. All products are made on an as ordered basis to avoid costly inventory charges, this also allows for store and product changes whenever you see fit or find something no longer suits your channel image. This however means that product can take a few days to be produced.

My product doesn't look like the image!All products are hand made on an 'per order' basis, thus allowing your streamer to avoid having to pay outrageous start-up and storage fees. We ask that you pay mindful attention to the emphasis on HAND MADE. All products might alter the slightest from the product images you see on the website. If there is a large difference in the image of the product and what your product looks like, please send photos to plaguewearsales@gmail.com and we will get this resolved right away. Please also note, where-as we are a company that wants to prioritize your care and your streamer's care. We also have an absolute zero tolerance rule towards verbal abuse of our staff. If your initial email starts with swearing at us, you can put all of your money on us ignoring your email entirely.

Are all of your products made in-house?To keep production costs low, some products will be made in house, however to ensure the highest quality available, some of our products are made by 3rd parties. The share for your favourite streamer's does not change, the only change is we take a significantly reduced portion of the profits.

Do You Pay For Your ArtYes, 100% Yes and Yes Again, Plague Wear pays either for commercial licensing or "Per purchase pay out" whichever the artist choses. The streamer does not have to worry about any of these charges, these come directly from Plague Wear and the "per purchase pay out" comes from Plague Wear's profit margin, not the streamers'.
